Nancy "tried" a 6 week yoga session in the heart of Chicago in 1969 and loved it, and life went on .... She returned to yoga in 1999 and was re-inspired by Cyndi Lee"s "Om Yoga in a Box" Cd. After practicing yoga 6 days a week for over 3 years, she found her "LIVE" teachers when she moved to Encinitas, Ca. who encouraged the idea of becoming a teacher. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and continues to be inspired by Sean Corne, Rodney Yee, Todd Norian, Karen Abbott, Maria Zavala, her first real teacher "Nathan". She had the opportunity to thank Cyndi Lee herself at a Midwest Yoga Conference. She honors and thanks all of her teachers who brought yoga to her heart and now to her students. She teaches Hatha yoga and has 100 of Anusara training and also enjoys teaching Vinyasa as well.
