We will begin with a one hour soothing Yoga class followed by pampering you with an incredible experience of a mini Massage and Reiki session. Carole and Nancy's healing hands will delight your senses since they will both be working their magic on you at the same time to create the ultimate Summer Mini retreat!
While you are receiving your Treatment, other yogis, yoginis will be sharing group conversation on benefits of Massage, Reiki and Yoga while sipping a glass of wine!
