Just wanted to send a note and let you know how much I love your Yoga from the Heart CD. I have been using it about once a week since I moved to Bloomington. With my crazy work schedule its nice to know I can have a class anytime I need one. I hope you make more with different sequences and poses. I find the audio format so easy to use, without having to worry about facing a TV screen to view the poses being demonstrated.
